Almost every day I encounter dead bodies of birds, cats, hedgehogs, or rats along my path. In the pictures, I captured the position of dead bodies, and seemingly encircled and covered that line by the neon light. The city appears to be indifferent to these deaths and their causes. Global warming brings more days of heat, water reservoirs warm up, the population of clostridium bacteria increases, and the botulinum toxin they secrete often causes the intoxication of birds.
A planetary event manifests itself in everyday life. The reflection of this great phenomenon is late to reach us just like the slow light – an optical impulse that slows down due to years or decades of interaction with the environment. Only deaths emerge on pavement – the echoes of the daily encounter with the 6-mass extinction.
